VO-Con attendees will board the buses to experience three amazing local farms and producers in beautiful Ontario scenery!
At Osprey Bluff Honey, we’ll see bees forage and collect the sweet nectar from wild flowers across the pristine fields and forests where apiaries have been on the same farmstead for a half century or more. Attendees will hand-collect honey and participate in an exclusive honey tasting. 
Then we’ll ride to Kolapore Springs ​Fishery, situated in one of the world’s most unique eco-systems.  We will experience the fascinating process of raising organic trout from eggs to hatchlings to restaurant-ready fish. 
We’ll finish our Ontario Experience at Thornbury Village Cidery House & Brewery, where they harness the magic of  locally grown apples and make crisp, refreshing English-style cider. We will experience how cider is made and taste the various local brews.
At the Cidery we will have an opportunity to continue networking with light bites and refreshments.
