Whistler Nature Walk: On this fascinating guided tour, guests will enjoy an interpretive nature walk with an experienced guide along an extensive network of lakeside hiking trails, perfect for viewing the local flora and fauna. This walk starts at the hotel. 2 hours, $101.00CAD
Scenic Valley Bicycle Tour: Ride smooth trails aboard specially designed Comfort Bikes around mountain lakes, thick forests, impressive luxury homes, stunning golf courses, and bubbling brooks in the most supernatural scenery imaginable. 8:45am – 9:45am Panel Presentation #1: The CVOA Directors will be our panelists. These highly experienced industry executives - whose geographic and industry diversity covers a very broad perspective - will discuss the state of the Canadian industry from their respective positions.
9:45am – 10:15am Coffee Break and Networking in the Exhibit Lounge
10:15am – 11:15am Panel Presentation #2: The panelists will focus on best practice topics that relate directly to HOAs; i.e.: financial health/stability, rental programs by management/by owners, selling to the rental guest, reserve planning and funding, resales (impact on developer inventory, ethical practices), exchange options, etc.
11:30am Depart from Hotel, Attendees will travel to the Mountain Summit on the Village Gondola, then transfer to the Peak2Peak Gondola, the longest and highest lift in the world.
1:00pm – 2:15pm Lunch at Christine’s Restaurant at the Blackcomb Mountain Summit Featured Keynote Speaker: Vikram Vij – noted chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality
2:15pm – 3:15pm Mountaintop Panel Presentation #3: A continuation of Panel #2, focusing on best practice topics that relate directly to HOAs.
3:15pm – 7:00pm Afternoon at Leisure With Your Industry Colleagues. Arrange business meetings … or wander the mountain summit, shop in the village, organize a round of golf.
